In the login panel, please select ‘FORGOT PASSWORD’
Type in the email address provided at the time of registration and select ‘SEND PASSWORD RESET EMAIL’
Check your email: you will now be invited by Tableau Software Website Support to set a new password
Login using your email address and the new password.
